I was dissapointed, he showed me my x ray, said a dark line was my tendon, when clearly the heavy stitching of the yoga pants and its pocket, came through on the image, he had made up mind where my injury was, without listenning to where I showed him it hurt, the hip socket was not causing me pain walking, the top of my hip bone (illium) is where the pain is when walk. He did provide a cortisone shot however it is 2.5 inches below the pain. I have noticed no change. Additionally the stretch he recommended is not touching where the pain is, and its very easy, i feel no stretch at all. He also read nothing of the 6 plus pages I was asked to fill out. I felt like a number, not a patient

Surgery was easy to schedule. Inpatient procedure took 90 minutes. After care has been good so far. Dr Guse doesn’t do much small talk, to the point.

I worked with Dr. Guse several years ago with a broken foot. Last year I had rotator cuff surgery done by him. I have good results from last year and this June he operated on my other arm. He is certainly competent, skilled, and wants good results for his patients. He and his staff and theraphy personnel are top notch.
