Did not introduce himself at any time during the visit. Provider did not provide information regarding possible side effects or issues to report. Procedure went fine.

He took care of the injection in my knee and also the injection in my hip. Although I think he used my hip as a dartboard. That needle flew in their fastest fast can be. It’s feeling better.
