Excellent experience from start to finish! I loved the online scheduling system and new patient support—it made everything incredibly easy and hassle-free. Check-in was smooth and fast, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and especially patient in helping me address my insurance and billing concerns. Dr. Fortney is amazing! He is personable, professional, and attentive. He addressed my frozen shoulder concerns right away, explained everything clearly, and was able to complete my X-ray and injection on the same day to help with my pain. The entire experience was efficient, smooth, and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Fortney and the team!

He’s a good boy

This was the first time that I met Dr. Fortney. He seems like a very pleasant guy and he also seems very knowledgeable about what he does and he also did a great job at explaining everything to me regarding my shoulder replacement and my opinions that were open to me before I decide if I want to move forward with the shoulder replacement surgery. He also provided me with some exercises that I could do at home to help me not only straighten the muscles in my shoulder area that would help me with the weakness and lack of mobility. I have a followup appointment with him in October. But he told me if I had any questions or concerns before then, that I could contact the office and let him know. I've been going to NH Orthopedic for many years and have seen a few different doctors for different problems. Mostly with Dr. Killie. I've always been very pleased going there.
