First time seeing this doctor. He was nice and seemed to know what he was talking about.
Everyone was so pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Bates was kind and explained so much, didn't make me feel rushed answered all my questions
This is a great guy! I wouldn’t have anyone else replace my knees.
I was happy with my visit yesterday and how straight to the point Dr Bates is.
Best surgeon in Carteret County. Very helpful visit. Was able to get a great recommendation for what I have need of. Staff was great and was seen in a timely manner! I am blessed to be a patient through this office.
Very pleased with diagnosis and treatment.
Dr Bates is very knowledgeable and explains things well. Listened to my concerns and I appreciate him taking a conservative approach to helping me solve my concern.
