Dr. Bienz has been with Premier Bone & Joint Centers since 1999. After receiving his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, he completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. He then went on to complete a hand surgery fellowship from the Philadelphia Hand Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
When not seeing patients or teaching, Dr. Bienz enjoys aviation, cycling, skiing, and riding horses.
Dr. Bienz is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Hand Surgery.

He was very thorough very polite the listened to what I had to say I'm doing
Dr was really good at explaining the block that I had before surgery and meds used and differences. He was kind enough to explain the replacement parts and how my bone should heal around it. Impressive today
