Great seamless process for telehealth on my Android phone using the Core Institute website to schedule, the link sent to my phone for the scheduled appt., and professional treating physician. Office staff was great in facilitating the telemed visit today too.

Great physician who does not rush thru the appointment but explains everything very thoroughly and answers all questions
Jul-2025
My appointment was at 8:45am. Dr. Acott didn't come into the room until 10:00 a.m.. He was not friendly at all. I was given the option to get an injection in my wrist for pain. I was told that I may have some soreness for a few days but I'll still be able to use it. His assistant that was clearly training came in and gave me the shot in my wrist. Within hours I was in excruciating pain. I called the core which is hard to even get to the right person. However, I got on the waiting list for someone to give me a call back. The lady that called me took down all my information. I could hear her typing it up and she told me she was sending the message to the doctor in an urgent message. He never called me. Today is a day later and he still hasn't called me. I wanted to know what injection they gave me? If there was anything that I can take for the pain? Or is this pain even normal? I can handle pain but this was excruciating pain. I ended up going to the ER yesterday in tears.
