I was left waiting for 35 minutes and had to leave without even speaking to Dr. Will because I had a work commitment. Had he been on time, or even ten minutes late, I would have kept the appointment. It’s frustrating when doctors are consistently late to appointments. It sends a clear message to patients that their time is not valued. I can’t think of another profession where consistently being late is tolerated. Everyone is busy. In every profession. Time is the most precious commodity to everyone.

Dr. Will conducted a very thorough evaluation including testing. Provided literature and explained several treatment options with pros and cons. Answered my questions completely. And is giving me time to consider what I believe is best course. An outstanding experience.
