Very soft touch and better than most with bedside manners. He explained the situation in the most simplest way that made it easy to understand.

I have been seeing Dr. Will for years and find him very competent and personable. He shares my treatment plan with me and welcomes input. He is always prepared to recommend alternative treatment when necessary. I can’t imagine going to another doctor or facility for treatments.

Appointment was at 8:30am. Was left in waiting room for an hour. Once I was called back was still told it was going to be another 15 minutes. Instead, they had another Doctor remove my stent. I was absolutely frustrated with this unprofessionalism. Why make appointments for 8:30am just to have people wait over an hour ?
