The staff, from the office to medical, are excellent. They are very efficient and helpful. They actually take the time to go over your concerns and offer, if possible, options for your care.

The best injection experience i have ever had. I offered him a hug but he said that was ok. Lol The office wasnt as packed as usually and I think it helped to slow things down. I am so thankful and grateful. I am able to go see my grands if Lakeland fl

Today was my first visit. The entire staff I interacted with was amazing. Very nice. Dr. Kopp explained the entire evaluation process, informed me of the treatments they offer, and actually gave me hope that I may finally be able to achieve some pain relief.

I missed Dr. Kopp. The staff member who saw me didn't introduce herself...she was clinically on task. I wish she had shown a little empathy. I know the importance of taking medication as prescribed and try to do that.
