I've been a patient of Dr Kopp over 3 years now , all of the staff has always been friendly and professional. I can honestly say that since I've been seeing Dr Kopp my quality of life has improved and since there's no cure for my condition I'm very grateful for there service.

Great office, close by, knowledgeable, polite, and caring professional doctors who will spend a few more min if needed. Staff is organized as well as the entire building. Clean, great parking, and would highly recommend. First appointment might take a little longer, as usual.

Complete absence of compassion from this man. He’s in it strictly for the money, and is not interested in helping a patient experiencing a problem. Just cut ‘em off cold.

The tech seem to have a attitude this morning.

Dr. Oliver is a very rude and unprofessional person. And out of the years I been coming there I have only seen Dr. Kopp a few times and one time he and office manager Mrs Williams lie on me and she is unprofessional too. I will never go back only to get my medical records.

Dr. Kopp is very professional when it comes to his patients. He listens and does whats in the best interest of the patient.

Front desk was great. Provider need to work on presentation of responses when patient have questions and not get on the defensive side. I get it, working pain management is difficult because most patients are demanding and want what they want but when patient have genuine concerns of something missed on documentation, just be more open to listen and be less defensive. We worked it out on a professional level before end of visit. I would like to see her moving forward but comment is just to remind her all patients are not alike.

He's a KEEPER!!

It is ridiculous coming here my appointment was at 8:10 I arrived before 8 . After the young man got my vitals I waited 30 minutes and someone perked in the room and didn’t say a word and walked back out. I waited until 9:14 still no dr so I asked to reschedule. I’m very disappointed the wait time is always 1 hour or better only to basically be getting a refill. Healthcare has become a get rich quick scheme it’s disgusting.

Dr.Kopp and his entire Care Team was awesome. My First visit and they made me feel like a patient that been there for years. Thanks and May God bless the entire Team.

Wouldn’t renew my non narcotic medication. One of which is used for my anxiety and nerve damage issues. I’m completely out and was told I would not receive any medication until my urinalysis came back. Then they want me to schedule another appointment after it does. For what. You wouldn’t even give any options for treatment when I met you. Very arrogant also

It was fast and easy! Only complaint I have is with the lady from MASYN Ainsworth’s office that called me 3 times today to reschedule a telephone appointment that I had already rescheduled yesterday! I was extremely busy and unable to answer so she just kept calling.🤷🏼‍♀️

Neuralmuscular spine insurance center is one of the greatest pain management centers that I know. After having an automobile accident, I was referred to pain management, but I wasn’t ready to accept the bodily injuries that has somewhat debilitated my physical activities. The physician and physician’s assistant are incredible, their approach to pain management which consisted of, physical therapy, prescriptions, x-ray images, and lab work to monitor for undesirable side effects are amazing. Neuromuscular, joint and spine center has truly changed my life!

Elderly patients were in the lobby expressing their opinions of having such a long wait time to see the doctor. Having appointments and waiting 2 hours to be called into exam rooms. Me myself was extremely disappointed in the service I received. Felt like I was not being listened to and rushed. Planning on finding another pain management doctor because all I have got here is up to my neck in charges that my insurance does not pay. Was not told that the special back brace they ordered for me was at my expense. Just really disappointed in service in general.

Love the PAs and doctor. Waited 3 weeks for knee injections after being told I had to have EKG. Cardiologist office thought I was having knee surgery. Today I was asked if I had eaten or drank anything & if I had someone with me. I realized there was miscommunication somewhere.

considering the times we're living in, with an ageing population and increased chronic pain cases subsequent emphasis on safety and addiction/overdose prevention, I feel they are doing an adequate job in helping people while also taking care to do so in a professiinal manner. They have helped me, and they did not make me feel I was under any pressure to do anything I didn't want to do.
