The nurse and the DR weren't warm and didn't answer the right question about my feet I still have a lot of pain in my feet.

The good Dr was an amazing help. Answered all mine and my wife’s questions

Dr didn't make me feel stupid, even though the solution to my foot pain was so simple: use Tiger Balm on the foot where it hurts!!!

This doctor began by telling me how another Core doctor was old and out of touch. The ethics did not improve from there.

Mr Tharesh really didn’t examine my ankle. Just a touch and that was it. To be told I can do physical therapy.

Rudist "doctor" I have EVER seen. SCREAMED at me the whole visit; wouldn't let me talk. Told me I didn't "need" the boot I've been wearing for now 10 weeks, with NO alternative! I CANNOT stand on my right foot!! Did inject my planters fasciitis with cortisone, the ONLY respectable thing he did. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE, EVER. He needs to be taught some social skills!! I see nothing professional about him. Extremely rude and equally as important, disrespectful. I never wanted to see him in the first place!! I cannot speak his foreign name, nor do I ever want to. His supervisor needs to have a word with him, IF he can get one edgewise. Hands down, his rudeness and attitude is totally unacceptable. Go home!

I was very unhappy with this appointment. I felt that Dr. Udupa was condescending and dismissive to me. Walking through the door I could tell he was already to leave. He asked how my foot was and I said it didn’t seem any better. At which time he pointed to my foot and asked why I wasn’t wearing the boot. It is hard to drive with the boot on your right leg. I had to reschedule my appointment and he acted pissed. When I didn’t tell him I did everything just like we had discussed in a prior appoint he started to argue with me. He said “I only argue with logic.” I was not there seeking an argument I was seeking treatment. He pinched my ankle and said it wasn’t swollen as much as before so it was better. Again he was arguing. So after five minutes I’m off to a couple of months of PT (which I told my wife was coming before he even walked into the room). I will be finding another doctor for future appointments.

Dr Udupa took the time to review my records before entering the exam room and knew that I’d had surgery to remove blood clots about 1-1/2 weeks prior to my appt with him. He also worked on removing the core of a small callous on my foot that has been bothering me. He has a great demeanor as does his staff. I’ve already recommended him to a family member.

I have a foot injury from falling off if a roof. I am a Type 1 diabetic and have been for 30+years. This doctor did not ask about my diabetes. He did not even touch my foot. He did not evaluate me or my foot. Walked in put gloves on, sat on the doctor stool, told me to "deal with it for 8-10 weeks", stood up, took gloves off and walked out. I am disgusted, disappointed and honestly angry that a doctor would not evaluate the foot injury of any patient but especially a 30+ year type 1 diabetic. I will not now or ever refer this horrible doctor to anyone.

I have a problem with my big toe and a bunion. His answer was a prosthetic for toe and if that doesn't work fusion. I read and fusion of big toe fixes pain but not toe and walking. Walking like a pigeon feet pointing out makes no sense when there is Lazer surgery that will fix without pins and screws and never bending again. His options make no sense. And my split toe nail, just leave it alone? Looking for a second opinion. No wonder I see old people everywhere trying to walk with their toes point out instead of forward like normal. Walking in this position is bad for your feet ankle,leg and hips. But my toe won't hurt anymore because it won't bend anymore. Not much of a solution to me. I feel like I wasted time and medicare money with no sensible solution.

Foot pain dismissed as back symptom. Wanted me to go through another dr and the whole ordeal again- to clear my back, and then he would deal with my feet.

Just gave me a false result and rushed me right out instead of listening to me!!

Doctor didn't seem to care about my concerns. They took many x-rays and he did not refer to them at all. He did shave off the corn on one foot, not mentioning

He seemed knowledgeable, but he spent five minutes with me and barely look at my foot. He was sort of condescending saying I should know to do stretching exercises every day. He demonstrated how to do them, but didn't give me any printed material for me to review about my condition. .

Best Foot Dr in the Valley!

Dr. Udupa as awesome. He has a kind spark in his countenance and eyes. I feel he heard me and answered my questions. He found something on the X-ray that either the first Dr that I saw at CORE missed, or it has just appeared since my last X-ray. Then explained treatment options. Super Dupa was great. We really appreciated his straight forward response to issues we have and his kindness and help.

First time using insurance so I didn’t really understand how the process works but upon asking if I could get an mri instead of physical therapy (clearly I don’t know how insurance process works since it’s my first time) the doctor started talking to me in a way where I felt disrespected. He answered with a smart Alec response saying “Do you want to do surgery”. Like cmon man really? Instead of explaining how it works he just started giving me what I felt was attitude. He raised his voice at me and kind of treated me like I was stupid, he then just proceed to walk out the door and just leaves. Doesn’t say where to walk so I have to ask where do I go to exit since clearly his conversation with medical staff was way more important than making sure I had a good comfortable experience. Since I myself am an individual who works for a multimillion dollar company that sells products worth up well over $100k, I know how to treat a customer and ensuring they are comfortable. He knows who I am.

Very nice appointment, showed me fracture in X-ray. Recommend I see Dr Kroh, for my osteoporosis, to prevent future broken bones.

For my 83 year old wife's hammertoes, he told us to see a hip or spine doctor as that was the origin of the nerve damage causing it. I read up on that opinion and it is b.s. I think he just blew my wife off because she is frail and aged. It was a waste of time. No talk of physical therapy or even some toe cushions or aids.

He was very nice and gave us answers to my daughters problem. We aren't able to go through with the solution as it would be surgery and that wouldn't be reasonable in her situation, he did try and give us other helpful hints to relieve pain her discomfort.
