Please do not schedule me with another appointment with this gentleman. He obviously does not have time to see his patience. I listen to him in the room Nextdoor talk to a previous patient for 20 minutes or better talking about absolutely nothing concerning medical issues then I listen to him for another 30 minutes talking to the nurse about macros and other computer glitches and software. If you schedule me for an appointment, I would like to see the doctor in a timely manner. I spent an hour in the exam room. My appointment was for 815. I was there 20 minutes early checked in did my part. I checked out at 9:30 and still had not seen Dr. Payne.

Was highly recommended to me, when Dr Harned retired or left WWMC and I was bounced around at first, but I'm glad I didn't give up. Very knowledgeable, kind & takes time with his patients.
