Scheduling gave me wrong appt to onlycheck glasses (manifest appt?) I requested complete yearly eye exam. Was told Doctor doesn't have time to fit in a complete eye exam and I'll have to reschedule and come in again on another day.

Although everyone else was wonderful and being a first time patient I was a little disappointed with Dr. Taylor level of customer service and lack of people skills. Perhaps Dr. Taylor was probably having a bad day. Hopefully things are much better and she is having a much better day.

Dr.Taylor must have been in a hurry to rush out the door. I had to ask her alot of questions related to two new developments with my eyes, glaucoma and cataracts. She assumed I knew about the diseases and I had insist on details. Very poor interaction.

The most impersonal Dr I may have ever encountered! Spoke only to her assistant, rattled off numbers & notes to her, but explained nothing to me, did not ask once if I had any concerns. At end of visit told me I needed two in one glasses, or two separate glasses / of course sold in house. I asked, are you talking bifocals? She said yes. They could be contacts, with a line in them, etc. I then said, excuse me, can you tell me please what my vision actually is? She said 20/20. Yeah…my vision is perfect, except for low readers. Instead of being told how lucky I am to have that, she treated me like I was some loser. So apparently, this Dr only wanted something wrong with me. Will never go back, nor see anyone in this cattle mill production.
