She found out what had stumped doctors for almost 12 years and got me on a treatment plan that was effective and gave me my quality of life back and freedom from daily incapacitating pain. She continues to advocate for me with my insurance and making sure my medication is covered despite endless paperwork and prior authorizations.

Dr is patient, has many patients of all adult ages; sometimes a wait in wss as Irving room but sometimes you wait for the Best, & you will get the Best!! Only area to improve is back room with archaic exam table- given average age, should have electronic table in this room too!! When you have a great physician, she should be surrounded by good equipment! - exams would go quicker & much safer

To long a wait for schedule appointment time in 11:15 out at 12;45, I feel that the office over schedule patients, I’m dissatisfied with long wait times, maybe office should hire another urologist doctor so patients do not have excessive wait times??

Dr. T. Schellato is everything I have come to expect a doctor to be very professional a great bedside manor ,always a good listener,and a great medical problem solver.

Dr. Schellato is a good doctor. However, I had very bad experiences with their billing practices. I was never billed and then received a nasty letter. There needs to be more communication about whether or not a service is in or out of network with patients insurance. For example I was told I needed a routine blood test. Naturally I thought it would be sent to Labcorp or similar lab My blood sample was sent to Pacific Edge. They did not disclose that fact beforehand. The first notification was a letter from Pacific Edge. Today I got an EOB stating I owe the provider close to $3,000.00. If MU had told me Pacific Edge I would have made sure my insurance covered it before the blood test. I would have refused the blood test had I known it was not covered. And, I am going to file an appeal with my insurance company. They put wrong medical info in my chart. One of the employees, Tara, talked down to me and yelled at me. They lost the HIPPA release form and I had to fill it out again
