Took time to explain my condition and dispel my misconceptions with understandable terms and charts. Further scheduled me for additional tests. Left feeling better about my condition.

1st visit. Very, very fast visit. Did not learn much. Confused about increasing medicine per day when I'm already taking same amount per day. She insisted to put order into pharmacy even when told I had enough on hand. Lucky to get one or two questions into visit. Dr talked quickly taking charge not allowing hardly any time for me to speak. I pressed on asking about timely manner for a future type of surgery if necessary. She answered, "No surgery". I thought the same but the short visit didn't allow for any continued conversation about my current health. She mentioned the time and that she had to be somewhere very soon.
Perhaps they overbooked her. I felt just as curious about my heart condition than I did before the visit. I do not feel the office visit accomplished much other than taking a current EKG.

Dr. Khan’s major interests lie in noninvasive cardiac imaging, congestive heart failure, valvular heart diseases, nuclear cardiology, and peripheral vascular disease.
