Dr. Klein was great! Was lucky to get in to see him on short notice as my doctor was not in. He was very pleasant and friendly and made himself familiar with my history prior to my arrival. Had a good sense of humor! Presented him with an 8mm kidney stone! So glad he was available to see me ! Thank you!

Dr. Klein is great. Staff could use some training and be held accountable for their jobs. I have prescription and insurance issues EVERY time. Even when I make every effort to head problems off they still happen because staff will not pay attention or follow protocol.

He was very easy to understand and explained all my options.

Dr. Klein seems to be an excellent surgeon, but could do more to set expectations post-op and follow up on items discussed pre-op. Dr. Klein also failed to mention some possibilities pre-op, so when presented post-op were quite shocking...then asked if we had any questions. Due to being in shock, we couldn't think...maybe Dr. Klein could have given more information we NEEDED TO KNOW, whether we asked or not, following a radical prostatectomy! I am still happy to be a patient of Dr. Klein's, but some help on this steep learning curve would have been nice!

What can I say? Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, compassionate, He was concerned about my breakthrough pain following a laparoscopic prostatectomy and fit me in for an emergency visit and a stat CTI. I'm so very thankful I got him for my procedure.
