My regular doctor referred me to Dr. Hall for a degenerative eye disease that requires surgery. Dr. Hall didn't automatically jump to surgery for the issue I was having. She took her time, asked questions, and set up a plan to ensure next steps. While surgery may be in the plan down the road, knowing what the issue is (not the disease as suspected) is a huge relief! I didn't feel like just a number, but a real patient where she wanted to get to know me, understand my lifestyle, and set up a plan for improvement.
