Growing up in Eastern Washington has prepared Dr. Hulbert for settling down in central Oregon and she is excited to work with patients in Redmond and Bend. She is finally ready to settle down with her family after moving several times over the years for medical school, residency, and work.
It is important to Dr. Hulbert that her patients feel respected, empowered, and heard when it comes to their health concerns.
