Very unhappy. The office staff was less than the polite. They were sitting behind their cubicle in the dark. Neither one of them smiled, or gave me an acknowledgment coming in. They could care less. The doctor went to take a sample of my toenail and jammed the copper’s directly into my skin, straight in and cut me instead of taking a sample across. She said oh you’re sensitive let me try again and again she jammed the clippers directly into my skin. I’ve had people take samples before and they just go across the nail and it’s easy. I was then told to get a prescription. I went outside and there was no one in the cubicle. There were two other women waiting and they said they were unhappy and have been waiting for a while for the office staff. One member came out, saw me turned around and went back inside. The tech was wonderful. She came out and saw me waiting. She said they’re at lunch. She’ll get someone for me
