Dr. Tara Baxter earned her medical degree from McMaster University’s Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine in Ontario, Canada. After residency, she completed a fellowship in orthopaedic sports medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital/Harvard University. She then undertook a further year of post-graduate training focusing on community trauma and fracture surgery. Dr. Baxter is board certified in orthopaedic surgery as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada.
