Dr. Tanner M. Dodson is a Board-Certified Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. He grew up in North Platte, Nebraska and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln before continuing his education and obtaining a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. After completion of medical school, he completed residency training in Illinois, with specialized training at the Veterans Affairs hospital in Danville and Carle Foundation Hospital in Champaign-Urbana, where he studied under many skilled physicians and surgeons. He has specialized training to treat all types of foot and ankle medical and surgical conditions, including management of arthritic conditions of the foot and ankle, correction of bunion and hammertoes, treatment of painful flat feet or high arch foot types, foot and ankle fracture repair, and diabetic foot care and wound care, including limb salvage. Dr. Dodson is excited to be back in his home state of Nebraska following residency completion, as his family is still located in the state. He enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, boating, and grilling, and is looking forward to cheering on Husker athletics for many seasons to come.

Dr. Dobson is very thorough, patient and kind. He explains things well, answers all my questions. Highly recommend
I have struggled with an ankle issue for 2 years now. Tanner provided a fresh look at the issue and zeroed in on a diagnosis that seems to make sense. Surgery is required but this gives me hope that I haven’t had. He also demonstrated how this diagnosis is confirmed.
Always pleasant and reassuring
From the moment I walked into the office, it was just a great experience. Dr. Dodson was very knowledgeable and thorough and friendly, as was his assistant, Katie. Also, the X-Ray tech was the same way. If I could give 10 stars for Dr Dodson and the staff, I would. If you are looking for an Orthopedic office like that, go here. You will be writing a review like this one, too.

Yes he is a 5 star Doc. I like him very much--very good at explaining what he pl ans to do etc.
Fully explained the issues and how to address them. Recommended simple cost-effective solutions. Very personable and attentive.
