Dr Woods was very knowledgeable about my problem. She was caring and friendly. Glad I saw her, She gave me ideas to help with the arthritis on my hands

Not sure yet about outcome but her lack of bedside manner/friendliness is enough to send me to another specialist in a different practice. This space isn't big enough for me to write all the negatives but walked out feeling as if I will never go back. I'll have to see how I feel about the visit after a little bit of time has passed. Right now I feel as if I could've saved myself $50!

Very poor bedside manner. Did not introduce herself, was demeaning, offered no printed information on ROM exercises yet didn't think i needed OT. Had to google things myself. All in all not a pleasant experience. Rest of staff was wonderful.
