Very nice and excellent bedside manner!

I like that Dr. Woods didn't automatically decide to do surgery. That is my own last resort as a treatment. She was professional and knowledgeable. The appointment didn't take forever. I liked that I was in and out in a brief time.

Dr Woods was quite dismissive. Very unprofessional. Jumped to conclusions that had been outright stated opposite. When called out on this behavior, responded with justification clearly showing Ego was more important than assisting people. At the "end" of the appointment Dr Woods left the room, I had to call out after her and her assistant, to ask if i was done and where to go. I recognize that specialists are experts in their field, but they need to acknowledge the rest of us are not. And communicate the information we came for. And explain their claims, as in this case one of their claims was absent of fact, because "i've had a lot of ", not every patient is the same. If you talk and LISTEN you may discover what the patient in front of you is dealing with. I will be going back to my primary Dr and ask for another specialist recommendation.

Every time I have been seen by her it’s usually less than 5 minutes. Not very personable. And definitely not very informative.

I have seen 2 other doctors at this practice and they were wonderful and put me at ease. Dr. Woods was definitely not like this. She was extremely aloof and I was very uncomfortable during the visit. I am only giving 4 stars because the outcome of the visit was acceptable, but I would not recommend her for anyone who wants input from a doctor.

Tammy was dry, intolerant to my questions regarding care and options for treatment. Tammy was very contradicting when explaining the benefits of surgery versus not. I do not feel comfortable making an educated decision on treatment moving forward and leaving my care in her hands. I have a child to provide for and while the nature of my injury isn’t honorable or ideal I still deserve educated care and a safe space to ask questions regarding that. I asked for a note for work In different terms than what I understood from her and she told me “that’s what I just said” in a very condescending tone. Not good practice

Not friendly or warm. No greeting by or introduction of, doctor. When I hesitated on my answer of how many years I had had my problem, the doctor interrupted sharply "five years, ten years, twenty years?" Doctor recommened MRI for diagnosis and Aleve for pain. I hope the doctor was just having a bad day because of the "thing" on her eyelid. Otherwise, I may ask to be referred to another doctor.

She only smiled when we left, devoid of compassion/almost harsh. Order for therapy was not communicated with her staff and they knew nothing about it when I had to call TWO WEEKS LATER. Very unhappy.

I highly recommend Dr. Woods. She accommodated my requests for conservative treatments. Although my body didn't respond effectively, we opted for carpal tunnel release surgery. I returned to work post-op day 5, which is amazing considering my occupation includes a lot of charting. She's very professional as has a very kind demeanor.

Dr. T. Woods is fabulous! Definitely recommend her for taking care of your carpal tunnel , and other hand issues. Focused on total patient needs during office appointments & hospital surgery day. Doesn't rush/squeeze time. Explanations in understood medical terminology done precisely clear relatable conversation. Overall great Lady.

I waited 45 minutes in the room while Dr Woods saw to other patients that arrived after me. Then when she came in she didn't even apologize for the wait & she has a very unfriendly attitude. Didn't really care about my concerns. Don't care for her at all.
