Not a 5 only because I was kept waiting almost 45 minutes. I had made an early morning appointment so there could not be much delay in being seen but that didn't happen

I didn’t see Dr. Edding, so that is hard to rate. All of the staff, nurses, ex ray techs, and Patrick were very pleasant and encouraging. I totally understand that your office is concerned with the surgical procedure and any matters related. So other issues not related are for other medical professionals to address.
There are two things that I believe I should have brought up at the time.
While sitting comfortably in the chair my pain level was 2 and that I stated. I should have also said that when standing up or sitting down it is 4. When walking up and down stairs it is 7-8. To try and get on my knees is impossible and off the charts. Which leads to the exercised for the pain in my lower back that runs down my right leg. Of the 11 exercises there are 4 that I can not do at all because of the position. I will continue doing the others until determining what other steps to take that will relieve the pain.
I will not be returning to do my left knee. There has to another alternative!
