Doesn’t seem to know or care about a patients insurances and whether the appointment will be covered by insurance or the insurance company may deny it because the appointment is too soon. It felt like my appointment was just a ‘money grab’ for the business. Not the first time I felt that way with your eye doctor personnel.

Didn't really listen to what I was trying to explain. Didn't FU on 2nd issue w/me just kept saying I needed to see a Specialist & out the door she went!

The Dr. listened to me and looked at my suffering dry eyes and prescribed a prescription that may give me relief from long time suffering.

I had cataracts done elsewhere because of my insurance. Such a disappointing experience. So glad I was able to come back to Quigley Eye. I learned more in my appt yesterday than in a year with Eye Centers!!

My last apt. the place was packed although I only waited an hour most others waited longer, the Doctor to performed the exam and said my eyes looked healthy but she did not mention the Glaucoma I know I have from previous doctors exams, maybe she was aware of it and saw it was not getting worse from the previous exam don't know! Also she was unclear when to schedule my next appointment and told the scheduler in one year but I have been receiving eye examinations do to my condition every 4 months in the past.
