New patient. He maybe spent 10 minutes with me. He didn't listen well.

It was such a positive experience to see Dr Meraj! He listened well, was knowledgeable, and very kind. I also got a same day appointment to be treated and I was so so thankful.

Dr Meraj was nice everything was sooo slow. We were there for an hour and a half and only had contact with staff for 20 minutes. Some waiting is to be expected but this was way too much.
My husband was in the waiting room and saw several people come and go and I was still waiting!! Very disappointed.

Dr Meraj was very friendly. Professional. He explained things and I felt very comfortable about the cauterizing procedure. The only problem is that I had another nosebleed today and it’s been two days since procedure. Disappointed that I may have to have the more involved one done

Prescribed something that my pharmacy couldn’t fill. They called the office and no one got back to the pharmacy. Nothing has been done and they have not contacted either myself or the pharmacy. This place has a good location but horrible staffing. When I came in the staff was all grouped together talking about their Halloween costumes. There were at least 5 people in the office. They talk as if they’ve never interacted with people at all. Over the phone it’s a joke the lady who always answers is insanely short and rude with anything brought up. Staff better and have better follow up. FYI went in for allergy issues and the Dr just gave me Flonase (which I already have) and then started talking about having surgery to fix my strong sensitivities to dust/dust mites. From
Flonase to surgery. WTF.

He was very pleasant and patient.

Dr. Meraj explained everything clearly and was very efficient. No waiting around for long periods of time. He was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort through the procedure (tonsil abscess drain).
