I like how the doctor listened as I explained my symptoms and how it made me feel. Kudos to you Dr. Meraj because there’s nothing worst than a doctor that won’t hear a patient out. Because they’re in a hurry.

He was an hour late and couldn’t say why. He didn’t want to investigate the cause of my condition and gave me a prescription for a nose spray

The procedure for my right ear was very painful. Dr Meraj did not investigate why it brought me to tears.

He was professional, kind, and reassuring to my mother. Dr Meraj took very good care of her.

I was not pleased with the receptionist upon my arrival. I stood at the window for quite a long time and I was never acknowledged. I felt I had to ask if this was where I needed to check in. She was rather abrupt in telling me that she would take care of me when she was finished. It would have been appropriate for her to tell me “I’ll be with you in a minute or just nod and let me know that she was aware of my presence. This is very poor customer service. I also witnessed her giving another woman and her child the same shameful service and then she bragged about it. The front office is very rude and cold. I didn’t feel comfortable. I also waited one hour from my appointment time to be shown to a room to see the doctor. The doctor was courteous and thorough which I appreciate.

Professional, charismatic, and intelligent

I am so pleased to have him as a next available appointment. He provided me the information and care which was necessary for by sinusitis. My flare ups occur usually this time of year (spring &fall seasons). I thank him for attending to my concerns.and the urgent need.

Dr. Meraj was amazing! He took the time to really listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. He completed my exam and explained the proposed treatment plan, additional options and even asked how I felt about the those options. His bedside manner is something to be admired. I had a question the following day regarding my medication and he called me back very quickly and answered all of my questions.

I did not have time to finish my new patient paperwork. The doctor suggested that I take Motrin but he did not ask if I was on a blood thinner or cholesterol medication that would’ve affected the Motrin usage.

I have absolutely no complaints about dr. MERAJ. He is very professional and attentive. But something is terribly wrong with scheduling process. We was our second visit and both times we had to wait more than 45 minutes. This terrible! I don't why they make us wait for so long. I placed a complaint last time but apparently nothing changed.

They were good listeners; they answered all my questions very professionally. I had a profound sensory hearing loss, and they saved my hearing by getting me in the same day for treatment, fast-acting prednisone treatments injected and oral, and referred me to a hyperbaric specialist. I woke up deaf in my left ear. In 3 weeks, I went from prolific hearing loss to severe hearing loss. It's getting better every day, thanks to them and God.

My first vist was a wonderful experience. Customer service is very important to me.The service was prompt. The staff was friendly and professional! Dr. Meraj was very engaging and kind. My diagnosis was a surprise. He was very thorough with his explanation, treatment and follow- up. I'm very pleased!

I arrived before daybreak and the cool morning air gave me asthma. I was worried a little but before I could say anything my anesthesiologist started asking about my meds I took and saw that I have had asthma, he said let’s do a breathing treatment . That was so cool. I was amazed how he was on it not even knowing I was wheezing already. Dang, that’s great protocol. That was the start of the most amazingly coordinated short and sweet surgery of mine. Thanks Dr Meraj, for your expertise and kind treatment. My quality of life has doubled. I smile every time I lay down to sleep.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Weingarten for several years now. This was the first time I met with Dr. Meraj. Dr. Meraj was extremely professional. He was so insightful and made me feel extremely comfortable. The nurses assisting were amazing. They were super friendly, and empathetic. They even held my hand when I was nervous. If you get passed the receptionist’s rude behavior the actual doctors and nurse staff are incredible. 5/5 recommend, and moving forward will only be seeing Dr. Meraj.

I waited 30 min longer than my appointment time and when he came I don’t even think he was 5 min in there . He kept watching at his watch since he walked in,and he didn’t listen to me what I was telling him. He kept telling me the totally opposite than my symptoms are. I told him I’m not that I don’t feel that but he insisted that I do. I am very disappointed that I went there and I am definitely not going back.

Dr. Meraj was excellent. First time visiting and I wasn’t confident in getting any answers to what is causing my vertigo-like symptoms as the ER and PC doctor weren’t sure. He performed routine tests and was straight to the point. Answered my questions even though I was firing a bunch at him. Have to go to the Novi clinic to get a blow test done for the inner ear to confirm the diagnosis however, he seemed pretty confident in his diagnosis which he believes is vestibular neuritis. Hoping the test comes back true to the diag. Highly recommend, the staff was very friendly as well! I see a lot of mixed reviews and everyone is different but my visit was comforting.

Kind, caring,compassionate, competent. Thorough. Patient & knowledgeable. Suggested hearing test & an ENG (WNG) TEST. WENT over my hearing test... at the appointment. , showed me results right after. Would have liked a copy & or written test results. Too much info for visit. For me to absorb & process
