Dr. T. Sledge Floyd Jr., M.D., is a urologist practicing with Urology Specialists of the Carolinas at their University office in Charlotte, North Carolina. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Floyd then completed his urology residency training at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center.
He specializes in advanced urological care, including laparoscopy, da Vinci® prostatectomies, cystectomies, renal and ureteral reconstruction, endourology, and men’s health. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Urological Association, the Endourological Society, and the American Medical Association.
