Good bedside manner. Shows concern for your feelings.
Dr Chang was prompt with my appt start, asked me for any questions, and gave confident answers. Even though my surgery needed to be re-scheduled thrice, no apparent reason was given when asked why, which would have been helpful all three times. But I trusted Dr Chang.
