This appointment was only for lab to prepare for a consultation next week. The labs were fine, but the person trying to find the vein did not seem to be very skilled. She did call in another person who found the vein very quickly. But all in all, I am very pleased with Dr. Mahmood and his care.

Dr. Mahmood is kind & he patiently answered all of my questions. He put my mind at ease about some things that had been worrisome to me. He is also proactive. He immunized developed a plan, ordering tests & imaging studies to gather information for a complete diagnosis and treatment plan. I am very relieved to have found him as my new oncologist.

He is the best. Answers questions and is very knowledgeable.

My family and I found Dr Mahmood very approachable explaining how my treatment and should progress and what is the various complications could arise all the way through my treatment. He alway was accommodating when my daughters could not be at my appointments, he was open and encouraging to have both my daughters on speaker phone which really help by keeping them in the loop all the way through I’ll always be great full to all the Doctors nurses and staff for their kindness and compassion that i received from Northside Hospital

Dr. Mahmood truly listens to his patients and takes time to explain current care and potential future protocols if needed. He is an exceptional professional, very knowledgeable about all therapies available and, most of all, communicative in a way that makes a patient felt heard and understood during a very precarious time in their lives. I first met him at Northside Hospital during an ER visit and knew immediately that only he could be my primary cancer practitioner because his knowledge and skills set him so far ahead of any other doctor I’ve consulted with on my breast cancer.

Dr. Mahmood has become much more personable and has taken an interest in my health care. I really like him.
