My appt. was at 11:30 and I arrived at 11:10. At 12:15 no one had seen me. When they did it was only to find out they couldnt see me because I didnt fall under the "3 month or less in pain"category so I was a cronic pain patient. This information could have been shared with me at the beggining and not an hr later. Furthermore on the tabled used to complete information I stated how long I had pain ergo if I was at the wrong Dr. tue system should have prompted me based on the lenght of pain. Again, I should have been "qualified" early in the process not called 1 hr later wasting my time and resources of the place

Todays visit when I got there I was stressed and afraid of my nerves testing. The guy man who did the test was so nice and eased my mind. He was very pleasant and knew what he was doing. Then the Doctor came in to do the testing with the needle. Again he was great and even though it was discomforting at times he calmed me down and before I knew it the test was over. From the Front Desk till I lefted everyone was great. Thank you so much because after 3 prior surgeries on my right hand I was so nervous the day before and the took very good care of me.
