He is a strong proponent of preventive medicine and firmly believes in empowering patients to develop healthier lifestyle choices.
Dr. Azam lives with his wife in Rancho Mirage and in his free time loves to watch sports and travel! He is an active member of the American College of Physicians.

I've known Doctor Azam for 26 years he is our family Primary Doctor Very humble , you can his smile the moment you see him Greet him with High energy smile and all the staff office members are very helpful. Highly recommend to other's patients, family friends. Excellent way of giving advice to patient. Every emergency he is always there to guide and present in hospital. Its overwhelming over all experience God is grateful 🙏 to have Doctor Azam as our family Primary.

I had my initial appointment with Dr. Azam. His staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Azam was professional and very friendly, too. I felt comfortable with him from the start. He went over my whole health history and never rushed. He asked many questions so he could learn in more detail about my health. He addressed all my questions and requests. I had a very positive experience with him and his whole office.
He is the best Doctor ever!!!!
