Failed to place lab order for next visit left meditating waiting. The group has changed their portal service so I can no longer access my records. There is no response to messages sent to doctor on portal. Failed to recognize my return PMR and sent me to pain treatment center where I under went numous injections to no avail. Before reinstating treatment PMR Does provide recommend of what to do to address the pain I am experiiencing.

Not been especially happy with this doctor or the practice in general. Since starting here, I waited once for an hour to get x-rays done, only to finally be told I would need to go to an imaging lab instead though the conversation with the person at the desk had been that I would get them that day in office. When I went to the imaging lab, the orders sent were incomplete and the technician had to guess at what she was supposed to do. I had only seen the actual doctor for maybe 10 minutes prior to today, and when I saw her (significantly after my appointment time) she had no idea what I was in for, and I had to inform her it was to go over labs. She repeatedly interrupted while I was describing some symptoms, then told me the PA hadn't even ordered an important lab, so I had to get more bloodwork done today. Overall, this practice seems either very poorly run, or very overloaded. I have rarely felt this level of unsatisfied with a doctor.

Dr. Bharadwaj is amazing! I’ve been her patient for years. She truly cares about my health. She’s very thorough with her examinations, and has helped me find treatment that works for me. She always takes the time to check everything, and asks not only about my physical health, but also emotional. After my appointment with her today, I was driving home and thinking about how grateful I am to have her as my doctor.
