I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Vimawala and the level of care he provided. He was extremely attentive, took the time to ask thoughtful questions, and, most importantly, genuinely listened to my concerns. I never felt rushed or dismissed. What stood out to me even more was his thoroughness. He actually took the time to examine my ears, which may seem like a small thing, but it meant a great deal considering my previous experience. A few years ago, I visited the ENT for the same ongoing issue, and unfortunately, that appointment felt very rushed. The physician was in and out within minutes, and I did not feel that my concerns were fully addressed. Because this issue has continued to persist, I truly appreciated Dr. Vimawala taking the time to listen, examine me, and approach my concerns with care and attention. He renewed my confidence in your practice, and I am extremely grateful for the experience and the level of care I received.
