Dr Zentko is always caring and thorough. We had to wait quite a while but she and the staff were very apologetic and kept us updated.

Dr Zentko covers all the bases for a patient, and very willing to answer ALL your questions and concerns. I highly recommend her for any new patients.

Telemetry call scheduled for a specific time. No call came. Called office 30 minutes later to inquire. I was put on hold for 25 minutes, then was told the doctor would be on the line soon. 5 minutes later, Dr. Zentko came on the line to say she had been busy with other patients. This was 50 minutes or longer from original time slot.

Smart. Professional. Witty. Funny. Great Listener. Has a plan & works the plan! Caring. Great doctor! Her Scribes x2 are rather unnerving. I go to THIS doctor. I don’t like sharing my medical or person business with unknown strange people - I don’t care if their glorified secretaries or not. It ruins the whole professional doctor-patient relationship. Can’t be honest & forth coming as I would like to be.I do not care for the scribes. It’s like the scribes are invisible, not introduced, no name nobodies eavesdropping on a private and personal doctor-patient conversation. Great doctor - but I wont be back b/c of the scribes.If she needs 2 glorified secretaries to record her meeting with patient, why doesn’t she use a tape recorder & have it transcribed. Epitome of “laziness”? Not recording her OWN doctor’s notes. And scribes make three , or four. Destroyed Doctor -Patient relationship!! Totally lacks personalization! Won’t be back if it continues.

Takes the time to provide excellent care and is very thorough. Outstanding.
