I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was troubling enough that I feel it warrants one. Prior to my appointment with Dr. Susan Sorosky, I promptly completed all requested paperwork and responded to the office’s communications. Despite this, I continued receiving repeated texts and emails asking me to confirm my appointment and complete paperwork I had already submitted. I called the office several times to make sure everything had been received, but no one answered. I ultimately left a voicemail confirming my appointment and asking them to verify receipt of my paperwork. On the day of my appointment, I received an email—not a phone call—stating that my appointment had been canceled. I immediately called the office four times and again received no answer. Rather than simply not show up, I drove to the office at my originally scheduled appointment time, hoping the email had been sent in error.
