Susan was very friendly, but I was having an IUD out in, and she overshot the distance. It was very painful, and then ultrasound tech couldn't find the arms of the IUD. The tech thought it was lodged in the uterus tissue. They sent me back for a follow-up ultrasound the same day to try and find the arms of the IUD, and it was still no where to be seen. Now I need to go back in two weeks hoping my body dislodged it so that it's sitting properly. Overall extremely unpleasant and inconvenient to have to go back twice after the initial appointment. I will never get an IUD again. If the IUD doesn't come out of the tissue, they'll have to pull it at the next two week follow up appointment. This doctor should get through more training in IUDs.
So friendly and professional.
