Attentive smart and thorough

I have been going to her for a while now . She is wonderful .

Very quick with the visit. Didn’t explain changes in procedure during my visit. ( no longer donations test, I don’t know if she did cultures or not). Two days have passed and I still haven’t received test results as of this writing. She was pleasant upon entering the room. I had questions, and the visit was over.

Dr Richman made me feel very comfortable esp when I was there for something I had been really nervous about. I was emotional and her awesome bedside manner helped me thru the visit. She made me feel like she genuinely cared for me and made me feel like everything was okay. And my test results posted at like 7pm and she obviously was working “off the clock” from home bc she messaged me on MyChart right after the results came. This proves she really cared to let me know that quickly. Most drs would’ve waited until they were in the office next. Highly recommend

I have been with this practice over 40 years at this point, and have made it through all of the drs. Dr.Richman is great. Smart, makes sure you understand what the process is, thorough, and throws a little humor in there when warranted! Total confidence in her!

First time in. Felt rushed, not heard, felt like a number. Prescription confusion from Dr. at pharmacy. Couldn’t get it for 5 days which messed up my cycle. And when I did it wasn’t the right prescription. They should also have you leave your cup of pee in the bathroom not walk out and around with it. Privacy matters

Even though I had to schedule this appointment months in advance, the appointment felt very rushed. I was unable to ask all the questions I had come prepared with because Dr. Richman had already left the room. Because it was so abrupt and rushed as she left, I sat on the examination chair for 10 more minutes in my gown because I was unsure if the appointment was even over.

She is the best OBGY . She Patiently listen to the symptoms, wisely suggest a remedy and /or treatment. Love her. Highly recommended.
