Born and raised in Bay City, Michigan, Dr. Mosier-LaClair earned an undergraduate degree in biochemistry from Oakland University, medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School, completed residency at Wayne State University’s Detroit Medical Center and fellowship at Portland Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Center. With over a decade practicing in the field of orthopedics, Dr. Mosier-LaClair’s favorite thing about her job is getting to meet new people throughout the day. In Dr. Mosier-LaClair’s free time she enjoys horseback riding, Taekwondo, playing guitar and hanging out with her kids.

She took the time to answer my questions, and was happy to repeat or further explain anything I needed to better understand. She was also very prompt, and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment.
