I got emotional during the visit, granted it may have been “over nothing”, but I’ve been struggling with mood swings and depression (related to hormones?), and I guess I just wish I would’ve sensed compassion, or empathy. It really just felt like it was overlooked and “let’s move on with the visit”.

The best gynecologist ever for me!! Extremely nice and has a great sense of humor. She makes you very comfortable and she's very knowledgeable! Dr Almquist keeps it 💯 with me and I love that about her!!

De. Almquist genuinely cares for her patients. She was very professional and empathetic.

I waited 90 minutes and other patients were seen before me. I was there for 2 hours total but was only seen for 25 minutes and most of that was the ultra sound. I don’t appreciate watching other patients come in, be seen immediately, and leaving while I wait indefinitely for a brief conversation that could have been an email.

The best and coolest provider. She will listen to you and make you as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Almquist is very knowledgeable efficient and professional. However, I found her personal style a little off putting . She was abrupt and seemed like she couldn’t wait to get out of the examining room. Maybe she was just rushed for time, but it was a rather uncomfortable experience.

Very rushed experience - I've never been on birth control before but she took no time to explain risks or talk through my concerns. In and out. We made a switch in BC this time and I had no opportunity to ask questions - the one I did ask was met with no explaination.

She didn't listen to my concerns well, was in a rush, and has poor "bedside manner" in regards to caring for the patient. Would never see her again.

Let’s you ask questions, takes the time to listen. Dr Almquist doesn’t jump over things to rush an exam and she is very pleasant.

I was a little unsure because she was replacing my long time OB, but after I saw Dr. Almquist today, I have to say she was excellent! I look forward to having her as my physician going forward.

No good bedside manor, I felt rushed and in the way, didn't wanna allow me to talk about my concerns, discussed my diagnosis before closing the room door, I felt like an idiot for even mentioning my symptoms, wasn't even up to date on my chart.

Dr. Almquist was fantastic throughout my pregnancy. She explained everything in an easy to understand manor, was patient with my many questions, and keeping my mind at ease. I would recommend her to anyone.

I could hear her talking with other patients and being friendly but she was not that way with me at all. I feel like she was quick to get me in and out and not sincere at all.

I am happy with my visit with her so far. I feel I can further my feelings on subsequent visits but for now suffice is to say I happy so far.

I would not recommend Dr. Almquist, particularly not to any woman over 50.

I felt like she was disinterested. She seemed like I was wasting her time and she just wanted me out of her face as quickly as possible. I want to connect with my care providers and feels as though they ginuinely care.

I had been waiting a while when my doctor came in. I felt like she was in a hurry. She didn’t have her doctors coat on or her stethoscope and had to get it. The door was open when she gave me my results and didn’t ask me if I had any questions.
