Very personable, knowledgeable and seems like he really cares.
Waiting time over an hour, then saw nurse practitioner, for 5 minutes, she was not feeling well, receptionist was taking most of complaints, poor girl, also found out they double booked appointments, incredible, which according to medical board is negligence
Dr. Rao and his staff are well organized, prepared to efficiently work with their patients. Knowledgeable, ready to listen and respond with interest to patients concerns
