Dr.Rao was very late getting to the office .he was at the hospital.i waited at least an hour till arrived .

Then he seemed distracted when his daughter called him twice about her patients . I could hear whole conversation over the phone to her dad.
.then I talked to him about the on call Dr. Over the weekend . He said there was always an on call Dr. But when I called the office I over the weekend there was no one to answer my call. He looked surprised. They have no after hours service when I really need it.
I will be switching cardio Drs.

Doctor Rao And his entire nursing staff are in my mind the Very Best in the tri county area for cardiology. They're professional, friendly, courteous, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I've been with doctor rao in nine years , and I am extremely satisfied and i'm not looking to make a a change anytime soon in my near future!

Spent an hour there, was shuffled back and forth from a makeshift waiting room to the lobby and never got to see Dr Rao .but instead saw a polite but confused NP.
