Dr. Afroz is the best! I drive from out of state (4.5 hours) to see her and wouldn’t want it any other way. She’s compassionate, caring and always very thorough.

Dr Afroz is thorough, kind and professional. I do.like her very much but not sure if I need further diagnosis of my pain management. She always asks that I call if I have a question or problem. But there is no voicemail that I can leave a message for her as I don't want to bother her. I also cannot leave a message for her nurses. The message has to be relayed to whoever takes my call to the nurse, then after the nurse takes my info, has to discuss with the doctor, then the nurse calls me back. The whole process takes days sometimes. It makes sense that a patient could simply leave a message on a machine for the nurse and cut out some wait time. I've heard from several people, including an employee that the "OSMS Portal" is not user friendly and hard to navigate, so I won't even try that. I realize that none of this is the fault of the doctor.
