In addition to performing neuro-diagnostic procedures, such as EMG & nerve conduction studies and skin biopsy, she also injects Botulinum toxin for chronic migraine headaches, spasticity, dystonia and blepharospasms. Her clinical prowess includes interpreting EEG’s and sleep studies, performing trigger point injections occipital nerve blocks and lumbar puncture.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Supriya Thirunarayanan (Dr. T) this past week, and I was very pleased with my experience. She was right on time, which I greatly appreciated, and she never made me feel rushed. Dr. T was professional, knowledgeable, and exceptionally thorough. What stood out most was how genuinely she listened to my concerns, answered my questions in detail, and made sure I felt heard and understood. She took the time to carefully evaluate my situation rather than simply going through the motions, then developed a thoughtful treatment plan tailored to my needs. It was a relief to leave the appointment feeling that my concerns had been taken seriously. I left with a clear plan, greater peace of mind, and confidence in the care I’m receiving. I’m very grateful for Dr. T’s time and attention, and I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, attentive, and thorough physician.
