very quick to extract information from the documents, I filled out asking meaningful questions, showing a clear prioritization for my overall health not just my immediate visit. Referrals were provided as well as the schedule treatment I came for. I left feeling very cared for almost like I was visiting my mother the weight staff, the phlebotomist, all extremely friendly. You can tell the culture of this office is very geared towards the patient.

Ridiculous that I waited 45 minutes to see her for 2 minutes. She could not/would not answer how much blood was going to be taken out for my hemochromatosis that day. Only said “they” would decide.
