Dr Patel, was more than I hoped for. I’ve had multiple colonoscopies and never know what to expect with each different doctor. Dr Patel knew cancer was I my family and that I’d had polyps previously. I highly recommend him, great bed side manners.. 5 stars

Took waaay to long to see Dr Patel after arrival

Dr Patel was professional and knowledgeable, and warm which is very much appreciated. The appointment was far too short however. My impression is that relates to not having sufficient clinicians for the number of patients that are seen by Rockford associates. Also there were no questions from the doctor about how I actually felt in the present and he did not ask if I had questions. It seemed clear that he needed to be very aware of the time, thus the brevity of the appointment.

Informative and easy to talk to. Also was very good with my wife.

Unfortunately Dr Patel was unable to do the procedure because I was not asleep, but he says to reschedule but he will use a Anesthesiologist. I Would definitely recommend Dr Patel

Dr Patel was very personable and professional. He went to a great length to make sure the procedure was done as planed. He explained his findings and too a lot of time to answer our questions. I highly recommend him as a doctor for your care and needs.

Everyone I encountered were very pleasent, professional and answered all my questions. Dr. Patel met with me beforehand to go over everything. The colonoscopy went smoothly and recovery did also.

Very condescending when speaking. Heard me but didn’t listen. Showed little interest in what I was telling him & in big words(so he thought I wouldn’t understand) stated my issues are all in my head.

Dr Patel and staff are great. Rockford gastro is a machine cranking out colonoscopies and upper gi's all day. They have it down to a science.
