She was very friendly with a nice smile. She went over my lab tests results with me, and left me know how I am doing.

My original appt schedule 12-1-23 @ 3:40pm which was Latest for that day, I got a call the night before and asked if I could make it a morning appt 9:40am I agree though knowing I would have to stay late from work to make up my time, well I get there on time and the Doctor did not see me till 50mns almost an hour from my appointment, she was apologetic and very thourough this was my 1st appointment with her…. I’ve been with Gonzaba over 15years and it just seems that I get new Doctor s all the time… if I was to be late on my appointment they would not see me and schedule me out for the next available time which is usually 3mths, this has happen before, I am at your becan call, I hope I don’t get another Doctor because of this email, just thought I’d let you know my feelings
