Dr. Sudhir Rao obtained his medical degree at Seth G.S. Medical College, University of Bombay. His residencies were completed at Kind Edward Memorial Hospital, Natiaonal HealthService, and Sinai Hospital. He completed fellowships for Knee and Arthroscopic Surgery at Droitwich Knee Clinic, Hand Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Combined Program, and Paediatric Orthopaedics at Children's Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Rao is board-certified with the American Board of Neurological and Orthopedic Surgery. His special interests include Hand and Microsurgery, Total Joint Replacements - Hip, Knee and Shoulder, and Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery.

Excellent care with surgery
Dr. Rao is Excellent. He takes his time and explains things. He provided excellent patient care and my ankle replacement looks fabulous!
Dr Rao and his staff are very attentive to the patient. Timely on appointments and if you need surgery they get you scheduled ASAP. Dr. Rao takes whatever time is necessary to address all the issues of the patient.
