Most personable and professional.
This summer, I had my hip replaced with Dr Stuart Melvin of Washington Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. I highly recommend Dr. Melvin for his expertise in the hip replacement field, professional manner, and communication throughout the process. The best part is I am walking, hiking, and exercising again with no pain! Recovery was much quicker than estimated, and I have only positive accolades for Dr Melvin and his entire team; they are amazing! The office staff/nurses / PA are all friendly, efficient, and helpful with any concerns I have. The online portal is user-friendly and answered many of my questions; it kept me up to date with my regimen pre and post-surgery and did not bombard me with too many to-dos at once. Love the online portal! I'm so happy I chose WOSM and Dr Melvin for my hip surgery!
Superb diagnosis, phenomenal execution of the surgery, and superior communications and advice. Overall a great experience in a stress-filled situation.
That was a snap
What a wonderful Doctor and delightful person.
Quick and painless shots. The best!!
Took time to explain everything in detail, LISTENED to my questions and concerns. Could have talked a little slower so that someone that does not understand the medical language, could take notes.
Dr Melvin was clear and precise, getting to the point quickly without rushing.
Dr. Melvin is very engaged and communicative in my health issues. He takes enough time and provides alternatives for the best results. I shall return as needed.
When the surgery is done, the excellent care goes on. Thanks Dr. Melvin for the followup to my knee replacement!
