You're so busy doctor ordered the rosaceous for my eye instead of the generic whoever called my insurance ordered the wrong one I've tried 2 days to get this fixed and haven't had any success

I think the office staff and doctors are good and caring, BUT I waited 2 hours to see the doctor for 5 minutes. This is very poor customer service and scheduling!

Dr. Kim is a great physician. Unfortunately, the Medical Group has never been able to be a well organized office in terms of seeing patients close to their scheduled appointment time unless you are the first patient scheduled in the morning or afternoon. I have been coming to this practice since the mid 70’s when saw Dr.Foster. In fact my actually appointment for my annual exam was two weeks before this recent appointment . After waiting 45 minutes after my schedule appointment time. I had to leave and reschedule.

I have the utmost respect for Dr Kim. Always keeps me informed of where were at and where we are going. If i can relax enough to allow him to put a needle in my eye... you KNOW he's a great doctor.
