I spent 2 1/2 hours driving across half the state to Lincoln and 2 1/2 hours driving home. Dr. Volin spent less than 3 minutes with me reviewing my surgery results, including x-rays. I felt rushed through the appointment and wished the doctor would have given me more time to answer my questions. In all, I am very pleased with the results of my back surgery

Longer wait than usual, but things happen!

Seemed extremely rushed and didn’t seem like he wanted to really talk to me. Talked to me like I was stupid & uneducated. Didn’t seem like he took me seriously.

He was respectful and communicative in a mild conflict and he problem solved with me to a workable solution. Easy to give good ratings when things go smooth, but he handled a rocky situation with respect and clear communication. 5 stars.
