Inital visit: Dr Lyons answered all questions. That gave me confidence in his surgical skills to move forward with surgery

I saw him about 2 years ago for a prior knee reconstruction & replacement. He was kind & caring.
November 2025 I broke my Femur. I was not pleased with the Surgeon who did the surgery He did the Femur & a on revision that no other Dr. would perform including Lyons.
I wanted a second opinion as this Dr. told me I may be on walker the rest of my life.
Ethan & Gabe saw me first, most people do not even see Lyons. I insisted on seeing him. He did not remember me as he said he sees 70
people a day?
Sadly healthcare is about how much money he can make rather than the patient.
He came in the room & seemed to be a different person..He was arrogant & seemed annoyed.
He.was abrasive, would not explain what anything & confirmed my biggest fear that I would be a walker the rest of my life without any compassion. He left the room abruptly.
I am a fighter and believe I will walk without it and was in tears.
I do not recommend him &
an apology should be given by him or the hospital.
