Very courteous and caring. He doesn't rush you and answers all your questions. He was running late for his appointments but still didn't make me feel rushed. Excellent surgeon!

Pleased with his experience overall and that he has been willing to discuss any concerns that I may have during appointments. I would like to continue care with this provider but have been disappointed with overall follow through for treatments and apparent lack of efficiency/attention to detail by office staff when handling follow up/treatment appointments.

He completed his residency at Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma followed by the successful completion of a fellowship in orthopedic traumatology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Sands enjoys treating the entire spectrum of orthopedic care with a special focus on severe orthopedic injuries. He has over a decade of experience treating people of all ages that present with fractures and musculoskeletal trauma. His professional goal on a daily basis is to help people get back to their lives after traumatic injuries.
