First time seeing him. A very enjoyable visit with him. Very polite.

Over 2 hour wait. Seeing a “contact” specialist who charged 50 dollars and did very little assessment and the assessment was repeated by the doctor??? Not a good change for this office. Everyone was rushed.

Dr. Samuelson worked me in at the last moment when I had an eye are issue. Still the appointment took 2 hours. I appreciate the staff staying way past 5:00. Unfortunately, my prescription was not called in to Hyvee when I expressly told the staff I would be heading there immediately. Hence the rating.

2 hours seems too long. But care is excellent.
