He is my assigned workers compensation Doctor and with that being said the relationship between patient, Doctor and staff should be one of trust, support and respect. While Dr Liu has the Knowledge I’m afraid of the treatment I’ll receive once I can actually be able to schedule an appointment with his scheduler.

Compassionate and caring

Honestly Dr. Liu seems to know his stuff, nothing impressive. A little arrogant, he didn't even look at me when he walked in, to introduce himself. "Hi I'm Dr. Liu, nice to meet you, while he's looking at my file". I had to repeat myself three times, on a few question. And explain I didn't say that. Maybe because this is a Workman Comp Dr, he may deal with some frauds.

He was informative and thorough.

Dr. Luu is phenomenal and I have nothing, but wonderful things to say about him!! I had a CT guided bilateral epidural yesterday and was a little nervous... Dr. Liu helped me relax and even had me laughing in the surgery room. It was the absolute best experience!!! He talked me through every second and my nervousness melted away. I feel extremely blessed to have him on my team of doctors! Thank you Dr. Liu for everything that you do for your patients, it's seen and appreciated so much!!

Doctor was very rude, didnt even introduce himself. Rushed the whole visit. Talked so loud and didnt let me ask my questions. Very unprofessional.

Very impersonal and cold approach in the introductory session. Need to be welcoming with a positive energy. I asked him to check my neck which was another reason for the visit; he said that is a different appointment. I don’t believe he really cares about his patients. A true doctor would take a minute or two to check the neck. I would not come back to his office.

I'm very impressed with my first visit with Dr. Liu.

I had to waste 2hrs of my PTO which I don’t have much of to be told I wasn’t getting the injection I desperately needed when I expressly said I had a QME, the date & I would need the injection right after that. The authorization should have been handled during that 6wks (actually longer I believe). I don’t live close by & my paid time limited. If I don’t make my hours at work ILL HAVE NO MEDICAL INS either! I’m in so much pain I can’t do much but cry.

The only Doctor at TVO who did not review the findings of the MRI with me on his computer. Just referred me to a surgeon and offered a epidural.

I brought my 91 year old mother in for a 3 minute HAVE-TO follow up visit. Dr asked 1 question and said they will be calling to schedule an injection. Ridiculous….She is in constant pain. Video visit should of been allowed.

Brash, loud, abrasive, did not listen well, but gave good appropriate advice. Appears to want to be quick and on to the next appointment. We took up his valuable time. We felt we were imposing on his time.

Dr. Liu is efficient, unusually prompt, and provides professional guidance and care. He seems to understand your situation and does his best to help you feel better. As a nurse, I have worked for many types of doctors in the past, but as a patient, I appreciate his caring and understanding.

He was completely dismissive as if I was wasting his time. Didn’t care to listen to anything I had to say. No regard for patients.

Could have talked less and listened more. A good two-way communication is better than just listening. I felt I had to keep waiting for Dr to take a breath so I could jump in with questions. When I did, I felt like I knocked him off his groove. Good guy, very knowledgeable but I felt like he thought he needed to dumb it down for me and I didn’t care for that.

Dr Liu did a great job! He listen to my concerns and along with me we came up with a treatment plan going forward. He administered the treatment today quickly. He showed concern and overall I was very impressed.

Nothing was accomplished concerning back pain. Left office feeling disappointed. No mention of physical therapy.

Are all of the doctors here mad and upset? Or was This an isolated incident. He wasn’t nice, nor did I feel welcomed at my first visit. I felt like I was being brushed off. They asked to change my appointment to 30 mins earlier, and I ended up having to wait for 30 mins for the doctor. Didn’t provide any help or advise, or provide recommendations. My visit was as quick as I walked into the room and left. Not a good first impression of the doctor. I am currently looking for another doctor.

Dr. Liu is very professional, yet personable and down to earth. He always reviews my case completely and addresses what needs immediate attention and what may need consideration in the future. Scenarios are thoroughly explained and handled promptly.

I am looking at my options to report this idiotic behavior by a so called professional. He initially offered a pain medicine and didn't even do that at the end of the day. Hope he finds a good doctor to treat his mental illness

Both my husband and myself have found him to be detached, has excuses, and has never for either of us come up with a diagnosis. His assistant is also very detached from patients.

Although I was scheduled for an online appt, 20 before I was to have the appt I was told that Dr Lui doesn't do Friday appt. However, He did accommodate me. Even wrote a sign how to turn on volume. A+ for Dr Liu.
