Dr. Lieberman professional and very willing to spend time talking and answering questions. He explained a procedure I will need going forward and did so in a manner that was easy for a layman to understand. There were issues, however, with office check in and checkout procedures. There is no clear direction as to who to speak to at check-in. The office staff are working on their computers and do not even look up to make eye contact/ direct the patient to the proper office staff. That was check in and then after my appt I was directed to sit in the waiting room and told I would be called up to schedule my follow up appt. It took at least 10 minutes to get called up to schedule an appt. I actually spent more time in the waiting area than I did with Dr. Lieberman which is definitely very problematic. There is a very sterile and impersonal feel to the check in and check out procedures and the people on their computers behind the desk.
